Childline South Africa operates the country’s primary lifeline for children in distress. For nearly 15 years, Creation Labs has managed their digital infrastructure. The core challenge was to take a legacy system containing millions of call records and rebuild it into a modern, high-performance platform. This new system had to satisfy two demanding requirements: the counsellors on the front lines who need to capture sensitive data quickly and accurately, and the international bodies like UNICEF and Child Helpline International (CHI) who require rigorous, standardised reporting.
